Nottoway County Court
Nottoway County Circuit Court and Nottoway County General and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Combined Courts are located in the same building at 328 West Courthouse Road in the town of Nottoway. The building opens at 9:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Cell phones and cameras are not permitted in court. There is ample parking for the courthouse, so there is no need to worry about finding a spot on the day of your court appearance. In Nottoway District Court, traffic and criminal cases are handled on Wednesdays. Before your court date, be sure to know what time and in which courtroom your case is to be handled.
